Here is the official statement from (Abang) Khairul Anuar Jailani, Executive Director of MVP Sports Promotion and Chairman of Remix NCBL, and MABA Non-Chinese Development:
Kepada pasukan-pasukan yang berminat untuk mengambil bahagian dalam NCBL 2009 sila fakskan maklumat pasukan anda kepada saya di no faks 03-90757050 (up: Khairul)
Senarai pasukan anda perlu mempunyai maklumat berikut:
1. Nama Pasukan
2. Nama Pengurus Pasukan dan No Tel
3. Alamat Pasukan
4. Nama Pemain / No KP / No Tel (12 hingga 15 org pemain)Harap dapat fakskan sebelum 31 Mac 2009

To all the teams who are interested to compete in the Non-Chinese Basketball League 2009 (NCBL 2009), please fax your team details to me (Khairul Anuar) to fax number 03-90757050 (Att:Khairul)
Team details should include the following information:
1) Team Name
2) Name of team manager and contact number
3) Team address
4) Player name / IC Number / Contact Number (Total of 12-15 players per team)
Please submit the fax before 31 March 2009.

Tournament is slated to kick off late April or Early May.

ashraf, as long as u fax it before 31st march, there shouldnt be a problem. as of right now, including your team, there probably approximately around 24 teams participating in this year NCBL.
btw where do u guys come from
